Disney ON ICE!

In August I took a gamble and bought us tickets to Disney on Ice.  I say gamble because at the time Katie wouldn't even sit and watch a child's television program, so the thought of her being stationary for two hours during a live show was pretty concerning.  As the day grew closer I began to have more faith as her love affair with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse grew and nothing could tear her away once it began. . . so I knew she could sit still for at least 26 minutes.

We were in the six row (from the ice) towards the front corner . .so pretty great seats.  Katie was determined to wear her Minnie Mouse dress and was hopping with excitement in her chair.  The lights went down, the cast came out and Katie didn't move until the intermission 60 minutes later.  We then took her into the concession area, only for her to beg for us to return to our seats, she wanted to sit back down and watch the rest of the show.  Another 45 minutes filled with smiles, pointing, clapping and her bottom firmly in Daddy's lap the show was over.  Couldn't have asked for a better response from our little girl!

Katie's Favorite (other then the horse in the show)
